Un homenaje a las plantas ("a tribute to the plants") is a book honoring the plants that were formative to my experiences growing up as a Chinese Chilean. Written in both Spanish and Simplified Chinese, it contains scientific information on native plant species from Chile and China. I also incorporated poems, personal memories, and recipes featuring these plants.
This book was printed using a laser printer on 10.5x17" paper with a semi-hard cover. A total of two copies were printed and shared among classmates in the course DSGN 220 - Pixel to Print at the University of Pennsylvania. Graphics were edited and arranged using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
